Welcome to Field Notes, a letter that arrives in your inbox every Tuesdayish compiling data i’ve collected from the previous week in my own search for meaning, magic, and truth.

Field Notes came to be in the beginning of 2018 as a weekly newsletter offering as part of my former psychospiritual coaching business Remembered Practice. It was a deep dive in to what the Universe presented to me, for me, and through my work with clients as well as how it intertwined with my own human process, evolution, and growth. After taking a sabbatical from both my business as well as Field Notes at the beginning of 2021 through the end of the year,  2022 called for a reemergence as I became reacquainted during said sabbatical with my writer, artist, creator self.

Written through my own lense as a writer, artist, practitioner, alchemist, scientist, magician, akashic record reader, and all around good time having pal, you will get a look in to what the world looks like through my perspective as I continually practice bridging the gap between my humanness and spiritual, cosmic self while also on a scavenger hunt, following my own unique treasure map back to my self.
